Responsibilities

  • Build multi-channel (email, push, in-app, SMS) campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Work closely with all members of the CRM team and cross-functional partners to bring lifecycle campaigns to life by being hands on with all facets of campaign production including, but not limited to dynamic coding, segmentation, A/B testing, QA
  • Follow a CRM production schedule to ensure that launch deadlines are being met
  • Perform quality assurance on every campaign to ensure that campaigns are executed error free and that the user experience is optimal
  • Lead campaign intake, gather requirements, and tackle challenges collaboratively with stakeholders for seamless solutions
  • Ensure that data required for CRM campaigns are available within our platforms
  • Troubleshoot & perform root cause analysis for issues with campaigns or audience/segmentation used in campaigns
  • Run campaign experiments designed to impact key metrics
  • Assist in user training and actively promote team’s user adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Develop technical expertise in all of our campaign and CRM related tools through daily usage and ongoing training
  • Stay up to date with the rapidly changing Salesforce ecosystem
