  • Ensure excellence in our new CRM platform set-up (Braze), working with Tech teams across the company
  • Focus on driving App engagement and growth topics by enabling multichannel communication
  • Enable revenue drivers in alignment with the CRM Communication team by developing operational flows on a global scale (Flix is present in 40+ countries worldwide)
  • Drive the technical and operational implementation and optimization of our CRM tool Braze
  • Develop and maintain workflow automations, integrations, and personalization that drive efficiency & relevance.
  • Collaborate with different marketing, product and engineering teams, ensuring CRM technical solutions align with business goals
  • Analyze CRM data to drive insights and recommendations for customer flows
  • Ensure data quality and compliance through audits and analysis
  • Contribute to our yearly and quarterly objectives by pitching your ideas and taking over ownership of tasks
  • Maintain a good understanding of emerging technologies and CRM best practices
