What are the working hours for the Customer Assistant position?
The Customer Assistant position offers a 25-hour contract that includes a mix of evening, weekend, and late-night shifts, working until 3 am.

Yes, experience in delivering first-class, personalised customer service in a face-to-face role, preferably in a hospitality, retail, or leisure environment, is required.
What kind of training will I receive?
You will receive in-house training, including Fire safety, Food safety 1 & 2, COSHH, and access to Buzz Learning, our digital learning platform with hundreds of online courses.
Are there any age restrictions for applicants?
Yes, applicants must be 18 years or older.
