  • Record instructional videos and lead live sessions to educate and engage customers and partners, ensuring high satisfaction and product fluency.
  • Manage 10-20 key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and support for these partners and customers.
  • Enable partners with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively deploy and leverage our products, facilitating their quick adaptation and long-term success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on product updates, marketing strategies, and customer feedback to drive product enhancements and customer satisfaction.
