Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the Management team for overall responsibilities and directions on projects and tasks.
  • Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class customer service to all KITH customers.
  • Support the Client Advisors to ensure clients are receiving genuine and efficient service both during and after their store experience.
  • Under the direction of the Management team, efficiently complete cashier responsibilities including but not limited to, cash handling, processing returns and Mobile POS transactions.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service at the registers.
  • Partner with Management team to execute action plans in the most efficient way possible.
  • Display expertise and familiarity of product knowledge, brand history, company policies, and store/company strategies.
  • Efficiently complete assigned tasks and responsibilities during each shift, that can be scheduled before, during and after the store’s hours of operations.
  • Assist in completion and accuracy of any/all operational tasks, as business needs.
  • Support sales floor replenishment, stockroom organization and the upkeep of visual standards, before, after and during the store’s hours of operations.
  • Partner with Management and Visual teams to maintain a visually appealing sales floor and ensure the brand’s visual standards are always met.
  • Properly communicate sell through, to ensure product availability.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policy and procedures, including but not limited to availability & scheduling needs of the business.
  • Assist store management team with housekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collection of trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard retail operations.
  • Aid during any Visual initiatives, as needed.
  • Efficiently aid in the execution of any cycle counts, physical inventories or other inventory management task(s) as required by the business.
