What is the working schedule for the Customer Experience Executive role?
The working hours are from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM, with an early finish at 4:45 PM on Fridays. You will also be required to work one late shift until 6:00 PM every 12 weeks.

While previous experience in customer service is beneficial, we are primarily looking for enthusiastic individuals with a willingness to learn and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Where will the training take place?
Attendance at the Staines office will be required for the first 3 months for robust training.
