Responsibilities

  • Service Contact for customers, country offices and sales organizations for 5 divisions of Blood Diagnostic and Diabetes Business within dedicated countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America
  • Provide continuously high-quality customer service in terms of order handling, processing and shipment organization for specified territory
  • Coordination of air, truck and ocean shipments with internal departments and external partners
  • Preparation of all necessary documentation from shipping documents, certificates or legalized documents, etc.
  • Communication and coordination with external 3rd party service providers (e.g. forwarders, governmental entities, inspection companies, embassies, etc.)
  • Handling of export finance tools such as letter of credits, bank guarantees etc.
  • Ensure legal export requirements are met such as export restrictions, embargo laws as well as internal policies and procedures
  • After sales support, complaint handling, exception handling and reporting
