Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accepting orders from different communication channels for print and digital products for our customers which can range from students to large distributors globally.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues from different teams to address or resolve any concerns or requests from our customers.
  • The advocate of our customers by sharing feedback that would help improve customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional service to our customers through phone and/or email.
  • Fluent in oral and written in English language.
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup in our Manila office, 8 days per month.
