What is the role of a Customer Success Associate?
The Customer Success Associate is responsible for helping senior leaders at client companies solve digital marketing challenges using People Based Marketing (PBM) software. The role includes developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies based on consumer behavior, managing client relationships, and delivering results and services.
What kind of training will a new Customer Success Associate receive?
New associates undergo structured classroom training, direct mentorship, and gain early exposure to significant clients, equipping them to develop and implement marketing strategies effectively.
What responsibilities will I have as a Customer Success Associate?
You will own the relationship with a dedicated segment of enterprise and mid-market customers, which includes onboarding, strategy development, campaign execution and optimization, and retention. You'll also develop trusted advisor relationships, generate new campaign ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What qualifications are needed for this position?
Ideally, candidates should have 1+ years of experience in Marketing, Strategy, Client Services, or related fields, with a preference for experience in retail, eCommerce, email marketing, or website analytics. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial spirit are also essential.
Is previous experience in eCommerce or digital marketing required?
While previous experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related fields is strongly preferred, it is not a strict requirement for the position.
