Responsibilities

  • Conduct online demos to potential customers
  • Delivering online training around adhoc features of the system to customers who are already using our services
  • Be the point of contact for a set no. of accounts providing excellent levels of service and providing a solution:based approach to queries
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and work to individual targets
  • Identify upsell and cross:sell opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of clients providing updated reports to ensure companies KPIs are met
  • Providing management reports to give overviews of the success of each clients campaigns
