The main focus is to ensure our clients achieve success with our sustainability solutions by guiding them through onboarding, education, ongoing support, and identifying upsell potential.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required, along with 2+ years of experience in customer success or a customer-facing role, preferably in the sustainability or retail sector.
What skills are preferred for applicants?
Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently and proactively, proficiency in English, and the capability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively are preferred.
Are there any additional experiences that would be beneficial for this role?
Yes, a passion for solving climate change, experience in customer-facing roles within sustainability, Climate Tech, or fashion and retail, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders would be beneficial.
