What are the main responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager?
The Customer Success Manager will lead customer onboarding, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, gather client feedback, develop educational resources, and coordinate RFP responses.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, along with 2+ years of experience in customer success or a customer-facing role, preferably in sustainability or retail, is required.
Is prior experience in sustainability necessary?
While not mandatory, experience in sustainability, Climate Tech, fashion, or retail is preferred. A passion for solving climate change is highly valued.
What skills are essential for this role?
Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently and proactively, and proficiency in English are essential. Additional languages are a plus.
