Your main responsibilities will include tracking vehicle orders from entry through delivery, collecting and recording information from upfitters, suppliers, and dealers, and responding to Service Cloud cases from internal and external customers.
What is the expected closure rate for Service Cloud cases?
The position aims for a +90% On Time Target Closure rate for Service Cloud cases.
