  • Identify other emerging trends that are not implemented at scale yet

  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing investigation findings, recommendations and actionable insights to empower decision makers for informed decisions and continuously improve the user experience
  • Communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights through visuals
  • Identify and flag significant deviations from established trends within 24 hours
  • Address and resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies within 24 hours (1 business day) for urgent matters and 48 hours (2 business days) for standard issues
  • Acknowledge escalation/incident requests within 4 business hours
  • Provide regular progress updates to PA and VMO, at least bi-weekly for ongoing analysis
  • Be available for consultation and clarification during regular business hours
