Responsibilities

  • Ensure that established data sources and processes are updated accurately and in a timely manner; Includes quality assurance, troubleshooting discrepancies, and pulling data from several sources to compile user-friendly reports.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of assigned metrics [i.e., ENERGY STAR, WaterSense, Indoor airPLUS, Zero Energy Ready Home, state and federal mandated metrics including emissions, home energy rating system (HERS), etc.]
  • Update and maintain internal master data spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot data collection process.
  • Pull data through extraction of various sources.
  • Review raw data, analyze for trends, and assess for alignment with our processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain data ecosystem.
  • Identify underlying trends in data.
  • Gather content for award application submittals (i.e., ENERGY STAR).
  • Support content development and data needs for company Sustainability report.
  • Work with datasets that may be unstructured and require additional transformation prior to analysis.
  • Provide feedback for divisions and internal teams based heavily on analysis and subsequent recommendations given what is found in the data.
  • Update recurring reports and dashboards according to schedule and distribute to identified stakeholders.
  • Extract, pull, transform, and load reports.
  • Responsible for quality assurance while processing reports.
  • Communicate with divisions and external partners to follow up and reconcile data as needed.
  • Maintain and monitor division scorecards to ensure compliance with Sustainability guidelines.
  • Track and report on Sustainability-related compliance metrics and environmental, social, and guidance (ESG) ratings.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with division personnel to ensure analysis is received and considered to improve on compliance and business practices to meet set sustainability goals.
  • Provide general administrative and project-related support to the Sustainability team.
  • Support outreach efforts for Sustainability initiatives (i.e., waste diversion, certifications, etc.)
  • Can include ad hoc requests, new reports or dashboards, troubleshooting data, testing, etc.
