Responsibilities

  • Under technical direction designs, analyzes and models organizational and third party data and provides business insights.
  • Provides reporting and analytics services to capitalize on diverse sources of data to improve decision making.
  • Follow and implement enterprise data standards, guidelines and best practices.
  • Contributes to the evolution of the Data and Analytics team by developing improvements to data availability and quality.
  • Performs data modeling for the purpose of quantifying the performance of the business area and evaluating operational changes.
  • Interprets data and identifies relevant analyses as well as identify use-cases.
  • Monitors trends over time and provides actionable insights that support the active management of the business area.
  • Clearly presents findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adheres to legal guidelines regarding critical and confidential information.
  • Executes tasks with a moderate level of guidance and direction.
  • Partners with other analytical teams across the organization and/or participate in special projects.
  • Builds dashboards and prepares reports for business units.
  • Responds to and fulfills adhoc data requests.
