Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. College degree preferred
  • Two to three years lockbox transmission experience, and lockbox production and/or utility experience
  • Subject matter expert in lockbox transmission functions
  • Requires the ability to read and follow instructions
  • Eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity and the ability to operate general office equipment is critical
  • Excellent 10-key skills, PC skills to include proficiency with Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal skills

Responsibilities

  • Verifies that all transmissions are uploaded successfully in TSO and mailbox without out of balance conditions or return codes.
  • Monitors workflow for system issues and slowdowns.
  • Monitors transmission, data entry, and other deadlines well in advance of deadlines, with absolute attention to detail.
  • Provides documentation on any missed SLAs.
  • Shuts down the RemitTrac system and brings it back up between shifts.
  • Completes all duties on the transmission log.
  • Replaces the rmtd and image DVDs when full.
  • Acts as a functional team member supporting production needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Nightly and weekly SLA summary reporting.
  • Weekly Image Server cleanup.
  • Weekly Database Server cleanup.
  • Other reporting as required.

The working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
