Responsibilities

  • Leading the strategic vision and roadmap definition and execution for the Product Family
  • Managing interactions and interdependencies among Product Family squads to ensure global coordination and consistency
  • Ensuring value generation and ROI for the business from the Product Family
  • Overseeing overall funding within the scope to ensure appropriate allocation and tracking
  • Defining product family vision and roadmap facilitating negotiations between stakeholders (Global Business Process Owners) and convert it into actionable backlog
  • Updating regularly the product family vision and roadmap and socialize it with Product Owners
  • Challenging and validating prioritization of actions proposed by PO based on value for business
  • Defining target business outcomes (KPIs) across squads and monitor adoption & value delivery
  • Is accountable of budget management on their scope
  • Coordinating product teams work, animate PO community, securing engagement & collaboration
  • Overseeing product squads’ activities throughout product lifecycle, providing expertise & securing arbitration
  • Coordinating with tech leaders, as needed (for issues on Chapter resources mobilization...)
  • Ensuring all activities related to demos/product quality are effective and consistent in terms of methodology
  • Planning out high-level release schedule across squads & secure effective interdependency management
  • Overseeing roll-out activities in closed collaboration with proximity teams
  • Ensuring that local needs are effectively captured and arbitrated, in collaboration with proximity teams
  • Working with vendor engagement officers to define editors’ roadmap and roadmaps based on available resource capacity
