Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with the wider Compliance team and other stakeholders to ensure there is appropriate oversight, guidance, support, and challenge in relation to the Data Protection framework
  • Ensuring that SCIB is compliant with GDPR and other relevant regulations, by maintaining relevant policies/procedures and the provision of management information
  • Managing and keeping Record of Processing Activities up to date
  • Managing the enquiries and alerts regarding the Data Breaches; following up actions and update the Data Breach Register
  • Drafting and updating privacy policies and procedures
