  • Ensuring staff are aware of the applicable data and privacy legislation and are appropriately trained on data processing requirements
  • Carrying out data protection impact assessments
  • Maintaining records of data processors and processing activities
  • Conducting data security and processing audits
  • Regularly reviewing and refreshing policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Managing requests and communications from data subjects regarding their personal data
  • All tasks of the Data Protection Officer listed under article 39 of the general data protection regulation (EU) no 2016/679
  • Ensure design of new electronic document control system that meets organizational needs
  • Guarantee the system supports document version control, access permissions, and audit trails
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate the document control system with existing infrastructure
