Responsibilities

  • In your day to day role you will require:
  • Strong Python and SQL skills with a lot of attention to granular details in data
  • Expertise in stitching together findings to convey coherent insights with statistical significance and analysis
  • Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform deep dive analyses on key business trends from multiple perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents
  • Engage in problem solving with the product and various merchant facing teams to determine performance trends and root causes
  • Support new product launches for merchants by ensuring constant monitoring is in place to track product performance
  • Partner with varies internal teams to ensure that the merchant’s analytic needs are well addressed
  • Create close relationships with stakeholders to anticipate & answer the questions that might be asked both by internal and external parties
