  • 5+ years of deal desk or related processes experience such as sales operations, finance, sales strategy, and sales enablement experience; SaaS or other technology company experience is a definite plus.
  • Strong program/project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet obligations with minimal supervision or administrative support.
  • Willingness and ability to work outside of standard business hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Palantir’s contracting and pricing processes to provide deal structuring and pricing support to Deal Team and Sales counterparts.
  • Draft materials in support of deal discussions, including pricing proposals and order forms.
  • Manage updates and accuracy of the commercial deal pipeline within Salesforce to align financial systems and commercial systems; work with relevant teams to identify and resolve variances.
  • Partner with Finance team to provide leadership with visibility of deal progress and forecasting impact while coordinating the flow of information across multiple teams, including Deal Team, Sales, Legal, Accounting, Finance to facilitate the deal process.
  • Drive adherence to internal controls, processes and business rules to enable growth.
