  • Financial advisory on complex debt & JV structures and business case analysis to board and senior management;
  • Divestments of our financial investments once projects are operational (M&A projects);
  • Representation Van Oord in board positions on large JV projects (i.e. Afsluitdijk, offshore wind farms);
  • Complex documentation negotiations with external parties (PE parties, asset managers, lawyers, export agencies, banks, financial advisors etc.);
  • Supporting development of financial models for investment case analysis, also working closely with external financial advisors;
  • Managing preparation of investment proposals/ presentations for senior management;
  • Governance of our debt/equity portfolio. Developing Debt & Equity related policy and process changes;
  • Key role in coaching and developing young potentials in Van Oord; maintain role as breeding ground for ex-trainees.
