What is the salary range for the Deputy Executive Director-Diversity, Equity & Inclusion position?
The salary range is $160K to $280K, with a midpoint of $215K. New hires typically receive between the minimum and midpoint, although we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity, and market conditions.

Additionally, eight years of leadership, budgetary, planning, and workforce management experience is required.
Is prior experience in local government preferred?
Yes, having knowledge of the principles and practices of local government administration is preferred.
