Responsibilities

  • Act as main point of contact for the customers and therefore own the customer accounts.
  • Work closely with the manager to develop & execute strategic plans hence achieve sales and margin targets with responsible accounts and/or Dealers.
  • Exploring business expansion opportunities with existing customers and distributors to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure customer satisfactions by handling customer needs, building strong professional relationships, ensuring quality products and services delivered.
  • Provide technical support through effective troubleshooting and issue resolution for the customers.
  • Ensure right channelisation of internal resources (time, effort, cost, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience, such as: Product Management, R&D, TechCentres, Operations & Supply Chain, Finance, and other sales colleagues.
  • Implement annual price increases and new product introductions in your region/assigned accounts.
  • Enable external distribution partners/dealers to become independent and act as extended sales team for the organisation.
  • Perform related sales tasks such as process management through C4C, order processing, timely payment collections, and accurate Sales forecasting.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse the competitive landscape.
