Responsibilities

  • Engineering drawings to be provided for the project and compliance to the same as per engineering process. Maintaining Proper Drawings, records and documents.
  • Having hands-on experience in managing large scale solar projects with Piling activities, Area Grading Activities, MMS/Module erection activities, BoP Civil works for Switchyard, Transformer Yards, Roads and Drain etc.
  • BOQ preparation to deliver the project within Approved Budget & Time. Optimisation of BOQ from BID stage to final executed qty
  • Ensure the action points from the learnings documented from last year project and implementation of the same.
  • Implementation of a communication system with in department to collectively motivate, implement learning and brain storm the way forward and implement the same.
  • Technical support for Preparing SOP for all project process and its activities, taking reference from AGILE and compliance to the same.
  • Support for preparation of Material code list for C2C implementation.
  • Technical support for Design and build work places that are safe with all latest state of the art safety systems & Robust and automated fault detection systems
  • Ensure accurate feedback of progress to senior management on timely basis.
  • Proactively resolve recurring issues to ensure timely resolution and coordination with other teams.
  • Periodically review overall compliance with regulatory/statutory norms and SOPs
  • Determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions, by reviewing MIS/financial statements.
  • Drive high productivity of site/ corporate workforce through optimal staffing and manpower scheduling.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across all departments by conducting meetings of the concerned teams and resolving any outstanding issues.
  • Ensure timely closure of any outstanding Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) as reported by internal/external audits.
  • Proactive relationship management with all stake holders.
  • Ensure external provider’s management and performance evaluation
  • Post-award monitoring and contracts management for orders on vendors/ External providers at site.
