Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design of projects including programming client needs, concept, design development, space planning and construction documentation.
  • Lead the story board through visioning, planning and material selection.
  • Direct the production of drawings, specifications tasks.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and oversight of the project manual and specifications.
  • Manage multiple aspects of team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape and civil consultants for a variety of hospitality and residential projects.
  • Support the management of client and team expectations and communication.
  • Produce graphic presentations, plans, elevations, details and sections through to detailed construction drawings.
  • Resolve complex technical and design issues with the team to produce innovative and practical solutions.
