Responsibilities

  • Makes change and exchanges chips for cash
  • Handles payoff transactions and collects losing bets
  • Receives chips to table (fills), verifies amounts and places chips on the table
  • Counts and verifies chips returning to the cage (credits)
  • Notifies floorperson of any irregularities in the game
  • Performs other duties as assigned
