Responsibilities

  • Reporting into the Art Director you will be tasked with working with Content, Editorial, Marketing, Fashion, Web production, UX, email and social teams to design and deliver excellent visual assets and stories for use in online content and social. This role has a digital content (editorial and marketing), social and mobile/App focus.
  • Including but not limited to: onsite, content experiences, special campaigns or projects that require an editorial focus, email, social, still life and second tier art direction, events, print, internal communication and other digital branding initiatives as briefed.
  • Support the Art Director when required.
  • Mentor and help colleagues deliver a high standard of work.
  • Work on a variety of projects for online and offline that will meet the ever-evolving needs of the business.
  • Lead and manage project ideation and conceptual development based on creative and design direction whilst meeting marketing requirements.
  • Keep up to date with editorial and fashion trends and new ideas and interpret those into relevant creative.
  • Ensure all creative produced has sophisticated typography and works in design both online and offline.
  • Design cover and daily stories, social media posts and stories, oversee video graphics and content.
  • Research and implement new visual ways to translate editorial and marketing content on social.
  • Meet stringent deadlines while having the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Ensure that image quality is at its highest while meeting standard web design requirements. Ensure all images are optimized for all devises. Retouching images as required.
  • Become a brand guardian by reviewing designs for consistency and maintaining the style guide is current and revise as necessary.
  • Conceptualize and create mood boards for still life shoots and second tier editorials. Work closely with Art Director and shoot producer to source artist or photographer to collaborate with.
  • Art direct still life shoots and deliver images that match the concepts and fulfil the marketing requirements.
  • Ensure relevant teams see final deliverables and all teams are aware of final location of assets.
  • Ensure you have the relevant experience of all software programs and constantly update your skills as required.
