Responsibilities

  • Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Plan, organize, and execute Brookfield’s virtual events including AGMs, Fund Launches, webinars/ webcasts and streaming components of hybrid events.
  • Manage virtual event platforms, coordinate, and oversee all technical aspects of virtual events troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring seamless execution of live and on-demand content.
  • Create and oversee investors’ digital events user experience including invitations, landing pages, registrations, confirmations, distribution, and follow-up using digital tools such as Cvent, virtual and video event platforms.
  • Production logistics: venue research, filming, virtual platform set up, live broadcasts, replays.
  • Utilize analytics and feedback to measure the success of digital events and identify areas for improvement, communicate and report findings.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to create compelling event themes/content and digital collateral (emails, websites).
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in virtual event management.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection regulations in the execution of digital events.
  • Support coordination of Brookfield hosted in-person events.
  • Assisting with logistics including venue & vendor research, catering, support materials, rooming lists, AV, set up and registration and on-site support as needed.
  • Create and manage event invitations and websites on Cvent, run registration reports as needed.
  • Compile pre-and post-event documents (briefing memos, post-mortems).
