Responsibilities

  • Contributes for the design, development and delivery of Talent and Learning strategies, programmes and initiatives aligned to our company strategy and talent needs.
  • Develops a comprehensive understanding of the development needs of our people and builds learning and development strategies and initiatives to address those needs.
  • Creates development and blended learning programmes that contribute to the creation of capabilities that are critical to organisational success.
  • Plans, designs and produces engaging and impactful programmes and digital learning resources using a variety of methodologies and learning technologies, tools and platforms to create multimedia content, such as videos, animations, simulations, and interactive modules.
  • Implements and maintains quality standards for digital learning content and materials.
  • Works with colleagues across HR and subject matter experts across the business to identify learning objectives and design learning solutions.
  • Measures the effectiveness of learning initiatives and works with business leaders to ensure learning investments have a positive impact on business results.
  • Works collaboratively with Talent colleagues across the business to share knowledge, build a community of practice and leverage support for key initiatives.
  • Advises the wider People team, business leaders and stakeholders on appropriate development options and supports the delivery of those options.
  • Builds excellent relationships with stakeholders across business functions as well as with external providers and experts.
  • Gathers insights, conducts analysis with various types of human resources data, identifies trends and produces reports on a regular basis around Talent and Digital Learning.
  • Works closely with external providers to benchmark progress against best practice and keep up to date with the latest developments in research and thinking.
  • Keeps the talent and learning records and reporting up to date, assuring the legal requirements.
