Requirements

  • Education required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Electronics, or related engineering degree that incorporated a sizeable proportion of tech-related learning. Specialisation in one or more of the following – Data Science, AI / ML would be an advantage (but not essential) for some of our roles. Graduation by August 2025.
  • Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
  • Other requirements: Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations

  • Induction programme Accelerates onboarding with training on business etiquette, teamwork, communication, personal development, decision-making, task prioritisation, stakeholder management, and accountability
  • Digital and tech training covering AGILE methodology, IT service management, cyber security, data science, AI/ML GEN AI, software engineering, data analytics and visualisation, cloud, and business process automation
