Requirements

  • Must-haves:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Set strategic direction for workforce planning and talent management
  • Provide support for organizational change management and communications
  • Creating and enforcing new HR programs and policies
  • Own the employee relations issues within the segment
  • Reviewing existing practices to ensure legality and consistency in implementation
  • Partnering with business leaders to develop HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement
  • Providing business leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience
  • Act as a respected and trusted coach to Segment Leadership on a variety of topics including communications, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and performance
  • Work with Center of Excellence to effectively communicate Corporate Human Resources driven initiatives to the field and encourages action when appropriate
  • Establish and maintain relationships of trust to foster transparency, open and honest two-way communication and collaboration
  • Through business metrics, identify Human Resources trends and builds custom solutions to support the business segment
  • Ensure compliance in safety, policies and procedures to reduce workplace incidents/injuries
