Formulate and articulate a clear AI and automation strategy that aligns with the organization's transformation objectives, identifying key areas where AI and automation adds value.
Conduct thorough market and internal analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging AI technologies for competitive advantage.
Lead the identification and implementation of AI and automation projects to streamline operations, enhance guest and team member satisfaction, and improve product and service offerings.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement, encouraging the exploration of innovative solutions and technologies.
Lead strategic transformation planning and visioning for the Digital & Technology organization in alignment with the overall transformation strategy.
