Responsibilities

  • Formulate and articulate a clear AI and automation strategy that aligns with the organization's transformation objectives, identifying key areas where AI and automation adds value.
  • Conduct thorough market and internal analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging AI technologies for competitive advantage.
  • Lead the identification and implementation of AI and automation projects to streamline operations, enhance guest and team member satisfaction, and improve product and service offerings.
