Requirements

  • Ten (10) years of work experience in Communications or Public Relations driving campaigns and developing partnerships to generate earned media coverage.
  • You have a network of media relationships with F&B, Wellness and Design press and a history of measurable results against objectives.
  • Experience preparing senior company executives for thought leadership opportunities, including media interviews and events.
  • International and domestic travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Create the strategy and craft impactful media engagements and materials; collaborate with editorial content and social media teams on storytelling specifically focused on priority program announcements in F&B, wellness and design, across 24 hotel brands.
  • Identify and execute against thought leadership opportunities to strengthen Hilton's position within the Hospitality and F&B industries.
  • How you will collaborate with others:
  • Work collaboratively across several teams; Communications, Wellness, Operations, Brand, on-property hotel teams, et al. to create news through diverse tools; partnerships, press materials, and content development to elevate F&B, Wellness and Design.
  • Collaborate with F&B, Wellness and Design SVP and the Marketing brand team to secure the most impactful earned media, owned and shared coverage that informs target audiences of Hilton's leadership in F&B, Wellness and Design.
  • Collaborate with Regional Communications leads to develop messaging and cross-promote regional initiatives to enhance global reputation as the hospitality leader in F&B, Wellness and Design.
  • Advise other communications and marketing teams on events that feature F&B, Wellness and Design elements to ensure appropriate positioning and execution.
  • Build property-focused tools and resources to educate team members on how to enhance their F&B, Wellness and Design PR efforts.
  • What projects you will take ownership of:
  • Develop and implement proactive annual PR and integrated communications plans aligned with global brand and communications objectives to elevate Hilton's reputation as an innovator and leader in Food & Beverage, Wellness and Design.
  • Lead planning and activation of external F&B, Wellness and Design partnerships with the goal of generating earned media to elevate Hilton to consumers, media and potential partners.
