Responsibilities

  • Drive the DAA Strategy: Lead the creation, refinement, and execution of a 3-5-year strategic plan for 84.51/Kroger DAA function. This plan will define focus areas, investment strategies, and infrastructure needs to achieve business objectives.
  • Champion AI Integration: Spearhead the development and implementation of the enterprise-wide artificial intelligence (AI) strategy, maximizing the value of Kroger's data assets.
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Independently lead key strategic initiatives critical to advancing 84.51°'s capabilities and Kroger's ability to unlock business value through data and analytics.
  • Foster Operational Alignment: Define and oversee the execution of operating routines across DAA teams within 84.51° and KTD. This includes ensuring alignment, removing roadblocks, tracking performance, and driving strategic progress.
  • Establish Performance Measurement: Develop and track a robust framework of OKRs and performance metrics in collaboration with functional and business leaders.
  • Deliver on Reporting Requirements: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all DAA-related reports as defined by 84.51° and Kroger leadership.
  • Communicate & Advocate: Create compelling communications materials to educate and enroll key stakeholders in understanding and adopting the DAA strategy.
