Responsibilities

  • Ensure an on-brand website experience, optimizing daily for maximum conversion and usability.
  • Lead or support in global process integration, structural improvements, and development of tooling and website setup.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Ecommerce and other departments (Media Marketing, CRM, Brand Partnerships) to direct site traffic effectively, supporting performance and inventory goals.
  • Analyze and provide feedback on the assortment, working closely with the buying department to optimize inventory, product lineup for optimal conversion, branding, and price points (margins).
  • Drive and improve price point optimization to strategize on inventory sell-through, conversion rates, and margins.
  • Manage and review campaign briefings, website operations, asset uploads, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct performance reviews, reporting, and documentation.
  • Plan and coordinate campaign and merchandise photo shoots, and implement campaigns on site.
  • Lead and mentor your teams, fostering a high-performance work culture.
  • Integrate with the SEO team to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
  • Define and implement OKRs and service levels, organize quarterly offsites, and focus on team development.
