Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Assist with the management of all Growth Enablement & Operations activities, including the implementation of new SOPs and addressing operational roadblocks to optimise workflows. Provide guidance over all capability units.
  • Project Management: Coordinate the execution of RFI/RFP processes, ensuring that all projects are delivered efficiently and align with strategic goals. Oversee the preparation and review of capability presentations and provide support in high-level RFI/RFP responses.
  • Resource Management: Oversee and allocate human and material resources across projects to ensure optimal deployment in line with project goals and deadlines. Manage scheduling, forecasting, and reallocation of personnel and resources to meet changing project demands and priorities. Collaborate with Directors to understand project requirements and resource availability, facilitating effective cross-functional teamwork. Monitor project timelines and staff performance, addressing any resource-related issues to prevent project delays and maintain productivity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to support the development and implementation of campaigns and evergreen content. Liaise with Sales Ops to monitor industry trends and analyse data, thereby aiding in strategic decision-making to boost win rates.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage a team of Group Directors, guiding their professional development and ensuring their performance aligns with departmental goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a secondary contact for key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Manage specific reporting requests and maintain comprehensive records of all operational data and project outcomes to support continuous improvement.
