Responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend process improvements that are informed by knowledge of DMS best practices and technology solutions.
  • Assess client’s existing DMS technology to identify gaps, opportunities for improvement, and prepare roadmaps with prioritized recommendations.
  • Lead corporate clients through the selection of DMS solutions and related capabilities such as knowledge and records management.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of key DMS solutions and their add-on offerings/modules (discover, design, configure, migrate, integrate, test, train, and deploy).
  • Prepare use cases and translate recommendations into system design documents that are consumable by key stakeholders, including legal, compliance, shared services, IT, etc.
  • Lead design and coordinate implementation of key integrations with other legal and corporate ecosystem solutions such as Microsoft Teams, Single-Sign On (SSO) platforms, ServiceNow, TeamConnect, Onit, Passport, Legal Tracker, etc.
  • Configure DMS solutions to meet design requirements.
  • Define, develop, and implement DMS taxonomy and data security strategy that integrates DMS data and performance metrics with enterprise-wide data sources (e.g., data lake, data warehouse).
  • Work with vendor partner resources during client onboarding activities and manage expectations appropriately.
  • Lead testing, training, and change management activities related to the project scope.
  • Manage projects that result in high client satisfaction and adoption while balancing scope, timeline, margin, and deliverable quality.
  • Participate in business development activities, creating proposals, developing company perspectives, and researching industry trends.
  • Learn FTI’s multidisciplinary offerings and capabilities and earn trusted advisership by assisting clients with our diverse offerings in other areas of need.
  • Eventually coach and develop team members to succeed both within Legal Operations and at FTI.
