Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics/Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of data and AIML ecosystem, technology, and industry best practice including data engineering, data warehousing technology, and DevOps
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail, with experience translating complex analytics into digestible stories.

Responsibilities

  • Technology Strategy:
  • Partner with senior leaders and technologists to create/drive our technology and data platforms strategy, with an emphasis on the future of AI all areas of the business.
  • Develop and refine the technical roadmap, technology investments, and ensuring alignment with business output.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies.
  • Compliance and Security:
  • Lead with a Security focus, helping protect TI data as a foundation of solutions.
  • Ensure technology processes comply with all requirements, laws, and regulations.
  • Establish, communicate, and enforce clear IT guidelines and policies (e.g., user access, security, support, device configuration) based on industry best practices.
  • Identify and eliminate security vulnerabilities with strategic solutions that increase data security.
  • Ensure the continual functioning, security, and privacy of critical operations, systems, and applications.
  • Organizational Strategy:
  • Lead multiple organizations looking for opportunities to reduce friction, increase efficiency and collaboration, while driving execution.
  • Set multi-year organization strategy including investment levels and needed skillsets.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, collaboration, and excellence within the team.

  • Deep understanding of technology trends, best practices, and the market’s technology landscape.
