  • Managing our FCA regulated activities in the payments space and liaising with regulators (e.g. the ASA or the ICO) when required.
  • Partnering with the People Team to ensure our employment practices are compliant. Advising on employee contracts, terminations, and other HR initiatives.
  • Overseeing our IP portfolio in collaboration with external advisors.
  • Contributing to guiding and mentoring the legal team, managing their workflow including through our legal Helpdesk.
  • Managing co-sec activities and supporting the CFO on corporate matters, including employee equity and corporate transactions.
