Responsibilities

  • Help in the development and execution of a global strategy for 3PL fulfillment centers that aligns with the company’s overall supply chain objectives.
  • Support and mentor a global team of 3PL managers, ensuring alignment with best practices and operational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehousing, distribution, and inventory control processes.
  • In conjunction with local teams, support in the tracking of performance of all global 3PL fulfillment centers, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the effective implementation and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all fulfillment centers.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels globally, gathering financial performance with an aim to provide consistent visibility and COS reporting globally.
  • Help create a standard, global view of all operations to ensure consistency and best-in-class practices across the group.
  • Create comprehensive 3PL Partner Profiles that include detailed information on contract terms, warehouse capacity, inventory profiles, cost of sales, service level agreements (SLAs), and safety policies and procedures.
  • Utilize these profiles to align global operations and set best-in-class standards across the group.
  • Help to align business processes with technical structure, data flow and connectivity by mapping out each of our 3PL’s ecosystem and how we exchange data.
  • Support and collaborate with IT to design and deploy standard dashboards by leveraging our Business Intelligence tools.
  • Partner with IT to identify and implement technological solutions that enhance the performance and scalability of fulfillment operations.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of operational data to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Finance to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for all 3PL fulfillment centers.
  • Collaborate with the Safety team to ensure that all fulfillment centers comply with local and international safety regulations and standards.
