Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive strategic efforts in achieving company objectives and priorities.
  • Cultivate culture of excellence in field operations and build teams to ensure alignment with company’s mission and values; provides strong leadership and coaching to district and general managers.
  • Responsible for the efficient, rapid, and thorough implementation of new store openings, DFD route expansion and acquisitions.
  • Lead district teams to achieve sale growth plans which may include goal setting, sales training, Hot Light times, retail sales, fundraising, and up-selling.
  • Accountable for ensuring that company store operations are implemented in accordance with company policy and meeting financial goals.
  • Offering innovative ideas for maximizing sales and coaching District Managers on opportunities for their respective districts.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining talent to support the needs of the business and anticipated open positions.
  • Proactively engage with customers, resolve complaints and act on their suggestions when appropriate.
  • Support and develop district managers through goal setting, training and accountability in controlling flow of ingredients and utilization of labor to ensure adequate production at the required quality level.
  • Work with district managers to implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate production problems and improve product quality.
  • Ensure that stores are following the production schedule to meet customer demands and manage labor hours.
  • Responsible for ensuring and promoting safety consciousness in stores including a high level of store sanitation and cleanliness, e.g., cleaning schedules, training, etc.
  • Ensure company stores are upkept properly including store facility and equipment; ensure that scheduled maintenance is occurring in a timely manner.
  • Ensure district and stores are staffed, support district managers with various employee relations matters.
  • Ensure the proper management of company resources responsibility including, inventory control.
  • Responsible for the effective an efficient communication and implementation of corporate and executive leadership.
