  • Train and develop the skills of colleagues working with disrepair and provide support to other parts of the business to understand how disrepair claims work, approaches to address it and the effects of disrepair on the business.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes by addressing disrepair issues in a business context.
  • Handle day-to-day legal responsibilities across all businesses/departments as part of the wider legal team.
