Requirements

  • As an experienced Document Controller, you will have a good understanding of electronic document management systems and educated to NVQ level or equivalent.
  • You should also have strong knowledge of setting up and using electronic document management systems, knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software.
  • Regular travel to and from sites in the Norwich and Ipswich area will be required in this role so applicants must hold a driving license.

  • Coordinating all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence, you’ll check that all information complies with specified company formats, templates and standards. Setting up and managing the timely completion of operational and maintenance manuals, you’ll maintain documents and drawings providing a full comprehensive traceability of change
