Responsibilities

  • Monitor & align on KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and during annual budget exercise (sales, traffic, conversion rate, return rate, average order value, acquisition channels, etc.), produce periodic reports and share insights with the country Retail team and with the EMEA E-commerce team
  • Optimize e-merchandising and onsite search results based on performance analysis: coordinate with the EMEA E-merchandiser specific product activations & push, adjust the e-VM keeping the right balance between local best sellers and overall EMEA e-VM guidelines
  • Ensure localization of content in coordination with EMEA & Central teams in terms of website content through continuous translation & semantics check and in terms of navigation & animation, taking advantage of all local events
  • Provide support and ensure performance & efficiency on all Performance Marketing and Organic channels (with a strong focus on Paid Search, Paid Social and SEO), working closely with the EMEA Performance Marketing team
  • Support localization of Emailing strategy (both transactional emails & marketing newsletters) sharing requirements in terms of calendar, product selection, content and targeting
  • Analyze online NPS clients feedback and coordinate corrective actions / investigation with the support of EMEA & Central teams
  • Accompany the omni-stock strategy deployment locally in selected flagships and assist regionally the implementation of omnichannel services with the support of the Local/Europe/Central Operations team and Boutique teams
