Responsibilities

  • Management of a complex calendar and scheduling requirements ensuring efficient time management and prioritisation.
  • Proactive day to day support, staying one step ahead.
  • Adapting and responding quickly to a changeable environment.
  • Working with the CEO Office and support functions to proactively manage CPO race attendance across all race series as required to support the CEO.
  • Proactive inbox management acknowledging and coordinating responses to e-mail enquiries and directing to the appropriate team.
  • Manage end to end all CPO visitors to the MTC from registration to arrival in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Own the team cadence of meetings including weekly 121s, monthly tactical, strategy and annual All Hands events covering scheduling, attendance, owning action plans, managing presentations and agendas.
  • Represent and communicate the CPO’s priorities internally and externally.
  • Manage regular cadence of meetings to ensure CPO has touchpoints across all areas of McLaren Racing including but not limited to Exec level, F1 and Commercial.
  • Arrange twice annual and exceptional Group and Racing Remuneration Committee meetings, drafting minutes for CPO approval.
  • Autonomously draft the monthly Board commentary for HR with input from the People Directors.
  • Monthly expense reconciliation and approval.
  • Follow administrative systems/processes to support the operation of the business, including assistance with sign off requirements.
  • Assist with the set-up of meetings, including booking meeting rooms, catering, AV and confirming details with attendees in a timely manner.
  • Create presentations and reports.
  • Own the quarterly Board presentation update for HR and Sustainability managing timelines and drafting.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings and communication with partners and other external parties.
  • Act as the contact point for partnership requests for CPO and manage those engagements to fully prepare the CPO for events with collaboration from Comms and Partnerships teams.
  • Work as part of a team to assist with the employee engagement and gifting programme.
  • General administration and office maintenance duties, ensuring a smooth-running People and Sustainability function.
  • Collaborate across the team and maintain strong working relationships across McLaren Racing and Automotive.
