Responsibilities

  • Participation in all facets of environmental or contaminated site projects including Phase I and II ESAs, remediation programs, and long-term environmental monitoring of sites.
  • Project coordination, field sampling, and reporting
  • Conducting field programs involving sampling and monitoring of soil, groundwater, soil vapour, sediment, surface water, and remediation system operation and maintenance
  • Conducting analyses, interpretations, and conclusions with support and mentorship from senior technical experts
  • Preparing a variety of environmental reports
  • Supporting project managers with the planning, reporting, and tracking schedules and budget, all as part of project financial management
  • Supporting other technical disciplines and exposure to technically varied and multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Working collaboratively and communicating effectively with the project team; and,
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
