Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Oversee the design and execution of early career programs, including internships, apprenticeships, and entry-level roles.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop comprehensive strategies for university hiring and early career programs.
  • Academia Connect: Cultivate and maintain relationships with universities, career services, and student organizations to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and participate in on-campus and virtual recruitment events, workshops, leadership talks, and pre-placement talks to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates from application to onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate regularly with hiring managers, HR partners, and leadership to align on recruitment goals and program effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus hiring initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
