Responsibilities

  • Build lasting relationships with customers including developers, architects, GCs, and engineers by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Attain an in-depth understanding of SRT/SHT including forestry, sustainability, design, commercial commodity trends, construction markets, and structural building.
  • Present to and represent WholeTrees Structures to the broad developer, design, and contractor communities.
  • Identify, qualify, and quantify new sales opportunities.
  • Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Act as a project consultant and liaison to the design community.
  • Develop and present value-added project solutions. Engage customers to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop market intelligence.
  • Effectively partner and work across the WholeTrees Structures team.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for WholeTrees Structures solution development, services, and product offering.
  • Present quotes, negotiate, and sign new work.
  • Drive revenue through value-added selling approach.
  • Develop territory plan and prepare required reports and forecasts.
  • Proactively maintain and manage HubSpot CRM. Maintain adept understanding of the latest industry trends to support sales strategy. Produce accurate sales forecasts utilizing existing CRM workflows.
